The Main House is the historic gem of The Upchurch property, holding over 115 years of family legacy. It is our joy to keep that legacy going, and to be a part of the memories of the families who share their most special moments with us. We have completely restored The Main House, adding a historically significant terraced patio from the back of the house onto The Magnolia Lawn to effortlessly flow between spaces.
THE DETAILS
We have restored the beauty of this classic Queen Anne style home while weaving in a fresh, modern take on period-appropriate decor, and no detail has been overlooked. Each aspect of the interior design has been impeccably handpicked, including the breathtaking 1940’s Ercole Barovier Murano glass chandelier in the entryway, curated original art from all over the world, an original Ansel Adams photograph of Bridal Veil Falls featured in one of the dressing suites, and rich French art nouveau touches throughout. The Patio features historically appropriate brick masonry and wood designed with a modern terraced feel and surrounded by seasonal florals.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The Main House features two beautifully appointed dressing suites, a catering kitchen, a custom built bar, and several luxurious seating spaces. The Patio is the perfect location for a cocktail hour that flows between spaces, as well as a grand entrance to and from The Magnolia Lawn. We provide 5 cocktail tables for your use at The Main House and Patio.
